I'm an Italian passionate pizza chef with 18 years of experience. After so long time working in restaurants in different countries I decided to start my own business in Copenhagen as a Street Pizza Chef... on a bicycle with a woodfire pizza oven on it :)
I'm happy to give myself a new challenge and I want to bring my experince on healty food to the top level by using local and organics ingredients.
In the last few years I've worked as a pizza chef in Italy (Ristorante Metauro F.lli Mandolini), New Zealand (Da Toni, Ristorante e Pizzeria) and Danmark (Bæst). I've been always working with my own philosophy on using local products to make the best pizza I could.
At the same time I want to be outside and meet people on the street, welcome them and offer my skill as a Baker and Pizza Chef on my special bicycle.
So I started my project Bike and Bake...
